The lowest offer covers fuel in traffic, servicing, tolls and the driver’s service fee. Tap “How is this worked out?” on any quote.
Clear waiting time
When your driver arrives you get free minutes, with a countdown, before waiting is charged. PalRyde sets the rates and shows them in the app.
Your route, your call
Prefer another road? Pick from the alternatives, or “go via” a place. You see the exact extra price before you confirm.
Ride credit
New passengers can get a welcome credit, and inviting friends earns more. Credit comes off your fare automatically when a driver accepts.

PalRyde serves the states on its live operating list; today that is Lagos. The glowing border on the map is the service zone, and the hatched area outside it is not in service yet.
Each quote has two numbers. The recommended fare comes from what drivers charge on that route at that time. The lowest offer is the real cost of the trip: fuel in traffic, servicing, tolls and a driver service fee. You can offer anything from the lowest offer up.
You pay your driver directly, in cash or by bank transfer. PalRyde does not take payment for rides, so there is no card to add.
Yes. Sign in with your PalRyde passenger account, or create one here; we email you a code. The same account works in the PalRyde app.
While you wait you can raise your offer, or accept a driver’s counter-offer. If nobody accepts within the offer window, the request closes and you can try again.
